19-Nov-2009 - Damaged beyond repair as a result of a forced landing near Kolokani, Mali. The cause of the forced landing was determined to be fuel exhaustion. The aircraft was en route from Nouakchott, Mauritania to Bamako, Mali.

Wreckage was subsequently transported to Kemble, U.K. by Oct-2010.
